FOR THE
COLLECTORS
Avery Warfield (Model / The Day 1)
@chop.od
We have a place for everyone who supports our movement. You don't have to be a street skater or a style-writer to take part. If you rock with the Outlaws, send us photos and videos of you with the gear. Hats, shirts, decks, box, whatever you want to flaunt. We appreciate every single customer that decides to take a chance on our brand, on our family. Let us show you off.
Skating or style-writing instead? Send clips to for the unsponsored and photos to for the criminally dope.
Submissions and questions go to submissions@outlawartgroup.com — Google Drive links only, everything else bounces.
IT LANDED.
We look at everything ourselves, so give it a minute. If it makes the cut it goes up in the gallery — and you get credited by name.
By checking the box and sending a photo or clip to Outlaw Boards through this page (a "Submission"), you agree to the following. Read it before you send anything.
1. Who can submit
You must be at least 18, or at least 13 with the express permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf. By submitting, you're telling us you meet this.
2. Your ownership & permission
You represent and warrant that: (a) you personally created the Submission, or otherwise own or control all rights in it; (b) if it shows any other identifiable person, you have that person's permission (or their parent/guardian's, if they're a minor) to submit it and to grant the rights below; and (c) the Submission doesn't infringe, misappropriate, or violate the copyright, trademark, right of publicity, right of privacy, or any other right of any third party.
3. The rights you grant us
You grant Outlaw Boards, its parent, affiliates, and successors a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, broadcast, edit, modify, crop, adapt, and create derivative works from the Submission — and your name, handle, and likeness as submitted — in any format and medium now known or later invented, for any purpose. That includes, without limitation, advertising, marketing, promotion, product packaging, merchandising, and any other commercial or monetary use, without further notice, compensation, or approval from you.
4. No obligation, no guarantee, no payment
Sending a Submission doesn't guarantee it gets used, posted, credited, or paid for. Outlaw Boards can select, decline, edit, or remove any Submission at its sole discretion, for any reason. Unless you and Outlaw Boards separately sign a written agreement saying otherwise, every Submission is made voluntarily and without any expectation of payment.
5. You're responsible for what you send us
If the photo or clip isn't actually yours to give, or it steps on someone else's rights, that's on you, not us. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Outlaw Boards (and its owners, employees, and agents) from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from: (a) a breach of the promises in Section 2; (b) the Submission itself; or (c) our use of the Submission consistent with the license in Section 3.
6. How to submit
We only accept Submissions as a Google Drive link shared so we can actually open it ("Anyone with the link can view"). Links to private folders, expired links, or files hosted anywhere else get rejected. Submissions and questions go to submissions@outlawartgroup.com.
7. We can pull it later
Even after a Submission is posted or used, Outlaw Boards can remove or stop using it at any time, for any reason, without notice. That doesn't undo the rights already granted in Section 3 for anything already produced, printed, distributed, or published before it's pulled.
8. General
This is the whole agreement between you and Outlaw Boards about your Submission, and it replaces any earlier understanding on the subject. If any part of it turns out unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. This agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Outlaw Boards may update this agreement for future Submissions — the version in effect when you submit is the one that applies to you.
