HOW DOES SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION WORK?

We do not pull dead stock off a warehouse shelf. Outlaw Boards operates on a strict batch-production model to bypass corporate overhead. Once a drop allocation is met and the run closes, the final order count is locked and sent directly to our manufacturer to be pressed. Expect fulfillment to take 2-5 weeks from the day the drop officially locks and the final restock closes out. That window is the next thing we're cutting as we scale, the target is half that. You will receive tracking the second the hardware hits our loading dock and leaves our hands.

IS THIS PROMO WOOD OR ACTUAL HARDWARE?

We don't sell wall-hangers. Every deck we order is standard 7-ply Canadian hard rock maple, built for heavy street execution. The apparel is heavy-duty cotton, and the griptape is industrial silicon carbide. It looks good on a wall, but it is built to be destroyed on concrete.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Every piece of hardware and apparel is built specifically to fulfill your exact order in that specific drop. Because of this, all sales are final once the drop closes. We do not do standard returns or size exchanges, so check your sizing before you buy. However, if a product arrives physically defective or is damaged in transit by the carrier, email support@outlawartgroup.com immediately with photos and we will make it right.

I MISSED THE DROP. WHEN IS THE RESTOCK?

We set a hard allocation limit for every drop. When it sells out, the run is closed. We monitor customer demand to determine if a specific piece of hardware warrants a restock. If a restock is authorized, we will set a new hard cap. The only way to get notified when a restock goes live is to be registered in the blackbook.

DO YOU SPONSOR SKATERS OR ARTISTS?

Outlaw Boards is a 100% independent, bootstrapped family operation. We refuse to hand out cheap 'flow' sponsorships just to exploit skaters for free marketing. When we build our official roster, we want the capital to back our team with the respect they deserve. We are currently building that war chest. However, we are actively scouting. Drop your tape in the submission portals, for the unsponsored, for the criminally dope, or for the collectors. We are watching to see who is putting in the work before the gates officially open.
