Privacy Policy

Outlaw Boards is a family-run operation, run by Outlaw Art Group LLC ("Outlaw Boards," "we," "us"). This policy covers what we collect when you use outlawartgroup.com, what we do with it, and what you can make us do about it. Short version: we collect what we need to run drops and talk to you, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
- The Blackbook. Your email address, when you sign up for early access.
- Submission portals (For the Criminally Dope, For the Unsponsored, For the Collectors). Your alias or handle, your region, the Google Drive link you send, the photos and footage in it, and an email address if you give one.
- Business and press inquiries. Your name or company, email, and whatever you write to us.
- Orders. Your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Payments are processed by Squarespace and its payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
- Automatically. Like most sites, our host (Squarespace) collects standard technical info when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site that sent you here. It uses cookies to do this.
How we use it
- To send Blackbook emails: drop alerts, early access, the shop password, and real updates.
- To review submissions and feature them, under the Submission & Release Agreement on each portal page.
- To answer inquiries.
- To fill, ship, and support orders.
- To keep the site working and secure, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who else touches it
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. We use a few service providers to run the site, and they only handle your info to do that job for us:
- Squarespace: website hosting, the store, and site analytics.
- Web3Forms: delivers form submissions and Blackbook signups to our inbox.
- Google Workspace: our business email.
- Payment processors and shipping carriers: to take payment and get your order to you.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Cookies
Squarespace sets cookies the site needs to work (like keeping your cart) and cookies for its built-in analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like checkout, may not work without them.
Emails from us
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email support@outlawartgroup.com and we'll take you off the list. We act on opt-outs within 10 business days, and usually much faster. Order-related emails (receipts, shipping) still come through even if you unsubscribe.
How long we keep it
Blackbook emails stay on the list until you unsubscribe. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Inquiries and submissions are kept as long as they're useful to us, or until you ask us to delete them. That doesn't undo rights already granted for submissions that were already published.
Kids
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you're under 13, don't send us anything. If you're a parent and think your kid did, email us and we'll delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you. Email support@outlawartgroup.com. Depending on where you live, your state's law may give you more rights, and we'll honor them where they apply. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Security
We use reputable providers and keep access to your info limited to the people who run Outlaw Boards. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise nothing will ever go wrong.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the changes are big, we'll tell the Blackbook.
